Conditions of Use

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout:

• "Platform" means the tkbaz website at tkbaz.io, including all pages, sub-pages, mobile-optimised versions, APIs, and associated digital services.
• "Account" means the individual user profile created by a registered player, containing personal details, balance information, transaction history, and communication preferences.
• "Balance" means the total sum of real-money funds held within a player's account at any given time, excluding any pending bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other incentive amounts granted to a player by tkbaz, which are subject to separate wagering requirements and may not be withdrawn until those requirements are satisfied.
• "Wager" means any bet placed by a player on a sports event, casino game, or any other product offered on the platform.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the official currency of Bangladesh and the sole currency in which accounts on the tkbaz platform are denominated.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the process by which tkbaz verifies the identity, age, and payment details of a registered player.
• "Self-Exclusion" means the voluntary restriction requested by a player that prevents them from accessing their account for a specified or indefinite period.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction from which access to and use of the tkbaz platform is restricted or forbidden under applicable law.

To register an account with tkbaz, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are registering for personal, recreational use only and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on any gambling platform.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of tkbaz or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.
• You have not previously had an account with tkbaz that was closed, suspended, or terminated for a breach of these Terms.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by local law applicable to you personally.

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one account on the tkbaz platform. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is expressly forbidden and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

During registration you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number capable of receiving SMS verification codes. Providing false or misleading registration details constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination.

tkbaz reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and age at any point. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stated timeframe will result in account suspension pending resolution.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. This includes all wagers placed, all deposits and withdrawals initiated, and all communications sent through your account. tkbaz shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

You must not share your username or password with any other person. You must not allow any other individual to access or use your account under any circumstances. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify tkbaz immediately by contacting support at [email protected]. tkbaz will take reasonable steps to secure your account following such notification.

Account balances do not accrue interest. tkbaz does not hold player funds as a financial institution and player balances are not covered by any government deposit protection scheme.

Inactive accounts — defined as accounts showing no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months — may be subject to an inactivity fee of ৳200 per month deducted from the remaining balance, provided the balance is sufficient. tkbaz will notify the account holder by email before any inactivity fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance that remain inactive for 24 consecutive months may be closed at tkbaz's discretion.

To close your account voluntarily, contact the tkbaz support team. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned via your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification being complete. Bonus funds outstanding at the time of voluntary closure are forfeited.

All financial transactions on the tkbaz platform are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tkbaz does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not perform currency conversion. The following payment methods are supported for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Nagad (Mobile Financial Service)
• Rocket by Dutch-Bangla Bank
• Upay
• Dutch-Bangla Bank (direct bank transfer)
• City Bank (direct bank transfer)

Deposits via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 30 minutes during business hours. tkbaz does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider's standard charges may apply and are beyond our control.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum single deposit is ৳500,000. These limits may be adjusted at tkbaz's discretion and any changes will be communicated to players in advance.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Mobile financial service withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are completed within one business day for fully verified accounts with no pending security flags.

tkbaz applies anti-money laundering (AML) protocols to all financial transactions. Unusual or suspicious transaction patterns may result in temporary account holds pending investigation. In such cases tkbaz will contact the account holder at the registered email address. tkbaz cooperates fully with relevant authorities in accordance with applicable AML obligations.

tkbaz offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of offer, including but not limited to:

• Wagering Requirements: The minimum number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) must be wagered before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) and apply to the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.
• Time Limits: The period within which wagering requirements must be fulfilled. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain when the time limit expires are forfeited automatically.
• Game Eligibility: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting, live casino, and slots may carry different contribution percentages as stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Maximum Withdrawal Cap: Some bonuses impose a cap on the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings generated using bonus funds. This cap is stated explicitly in the bonus offer.
• Minimum Odds: Sports betting bonuses may require qualifying bets to be placed at a minimum decimal odds threshold (e.g., odds of 1.80 or higher).

tkbaz reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. We will provide reasonable advance notice of material changes. If a bonus has already been claimed and is in progress, existing wagering requirements will be honoured.

Any attempt to abuse bonus systems — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, hedging bets across accounts to guarantee winnings, or using automated software to complete wagering requirements — will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all bonus and associated real-money winnings, and permanent prohibition from future promotions.

All sports bets placed on the tkbaz platform are governed by the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific rules published on the relevant section of the site:

• A bet is confirmed only when it appears in your account's bet history with a "Confirmed" status. Bets not confirmed due to connectivity issues, system errors, or insufficient funds are not valid.
• Odds are subject to change up until the point a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to your wager.
• tkbaz reserves the right to void any bet in the event of an obvious pricing error, manifest odds error, or the discovery that a market was offered in error. Voided bets are returned to the player's account as a stake refund.
• In-play (live) betting markets are governed by real-time event data. tkbaz accepts no responsibility for bets placed based on outdated in-play data caused by network latency on the player's connection.
• For cricket markets, the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international bilateral series are all covered. Match abandonment rules follow the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method where applicable, consistent with ICC regulations.
• Maximum winnings per single bet event are capped at ৳10,000,000. Bets that would produce winnings in excess of this cap will be limited to the maximum payout at the time of placement.
• tkbaz reserves the right to restrict the maximum stake permitted on any market at any time without prior notice.

All casino games offered on the tkbaz platform — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and table games — are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The following rules apply to all casino gameplay:

• All games use certified random number generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, real-time physical dealing under controlled studio conditions. tkbaz does not interfere with game outcomes.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a round, the affected round will be voided and any stake wagered will be returned to the player's account. tkbaz's decision on malfunctions is final.
• The Return to Player (RTP) percentages for individual slot titles are published by the respective game studios. Players may request RTP information for any specific title by contacting support.
• Live dealer games are subject to studio-specific rules communicated to players within the game interface. By joining a live table, you agree to those studio rules in addition to these Terms.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and are displayed within the game interface before any round is started. It is the player's responsibility to check limits before placing wagers.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tkbaz platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds under investigation, and may be referred to appropriate authorities:

• Opening more than one account per individual person, household, device, or IP address.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, borrowed, or third-party payment methods to fund your account.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection thresholds, or using the platform to convert illicit funds.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or match outcomes.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to place wagers.
• Exploiting system bugs, software errors, or pricing mistakes in bad faith rather than reporting them to tkbaz immediately.
• Accessing the platform through a VPN, proxy, or any other method intended to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing tkbaz staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Any action that tkbaz reasonably determines to constitute fraud, deception, or an attempt to gain an unfair advantage.

tkbaz is committed to promoting responsible gambling for all players aged 21 and above. We provide the following tools to every registered player, accessible at any time through account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined time period. Once reached, further wagers are blocked until the limit period resets.

tkbaz collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at tkbaz.io/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms you also accept the Privacy Policy in its current form.

Data collected during registration and ongoing account use is used solely for the purposes of operating your account, verifying your identity, processing transactions, preventing fraud, and fulfilling our legal obligations. We do not sell, lease, or share your personal data with third-party marketers.

tkbaz uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. We implement appropriate organisational and technical measures to protect stored data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

All content on the tkbaz platform — including but not limited to the tkbaz brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, text, and game interfaces — is the exclusive property of tkbaz or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, recreational betting purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any content on the platform without the express written consent of tkbaz.

Game content provided by third-party studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) remains the intellectual property of those respective studios. Any trademarks or brand names referenced on the platform that belong to third parties are used with permission or in accordance with applicable fair use provisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tkbaz and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any part thereof, whether planned or unplanned.
• Any loss arising from events outside tkbaz's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, internet service provider failures, government actions, or acts of third-party service providers.
• Any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Decisions made by third-party game providers in respect of game outcomes, malfunctions, or technical disputes.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit tkbaz's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter for which liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Where liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, tkbaz's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tkbaz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false or fraudulent registration information.
• Engagement in any prohibited activity as defined in Section 8.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• A request by a law enforcement authority or regulatory body.
• A determination by tkbaz that continued account operation poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

Upon termination for cause, any balance remaining in the account — including both real-money and bonus funds — may be forfeited pending the outcome of any investigation. Where termination is not due to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

A player may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Upon receipt of a closure request, tkbaz will process the closure within 24 hours and will return any verified real-money balance to the player.

tkbaz reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes — defined as changes that materially affect a player's rights or obligations — will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file at least seven (7) days before the change takes effect.

Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to contact information) may be made without advance notice and will be effective upon publication to the website.

Your continued use of the tkbaz platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date.

The most current version of these Terms and Conditions is always available at tkbaz.io/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of the document indicates when the most recent revision was made.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the tkbaz platform. In the event of any conflict between translated versions of these Terms and the English-language version, the English-language version shall prevail in all cases.

Any dispute arising between you and tkbaz that cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team shall be referred to binding arbitration. tkbaz is committed to resolving player disputes in a fair, transparent, and timely manner. Players are encouraged to raise any complaint in the first instance by contacting [email protected] with full details of the issue.

tkbaz aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours of receipt and to provide a final resolution within 14 business days. Where a complaint involves a complex investigation, the player will be kept informed of progress at reasonable intervals throughout the process.
